A Dream That has
Been Cooking for Years
Vincenzo’s was opened in 1987 by Vincenzo and Marilyn Occhipinti. They found love in 1957 as hairstylist in Syracuse, New York, where their families immigrated to from Collesano, Sicily. They became shoe makers at the Nettleton Shoe Factory. Later in life working together as hairstylist, they would bring in delicious, scratch made food for their coworkers and clients. Their coworkers encouraged them to pursue their true passion and talent in the art of Sicilian cooking. It was always a dream to share the food they love; and they did for over 30 years right here in lake Elsinore.

Delicious and authentic! Appetizers: mushrooms and calamari and a spicy marinara dip for our bread that was offered (didn't see it on the menu) - we got medium spicy and it was perfect. We ended up using the dip in our entrees too. The bread and dip they provide is incredible - another marinara with a salsa vibe. All very large portions, the appetizers could be an entree. The entrees could be split. The Caesar salad had a very strong mustardy flavor which I wasn't looking for, so I got the garden salad with Italian next time and it was excellent. Can't wait to try their desserts. Great family restaurant.
